I am relaxed this morning and not so tense for a change! Sometime last night between dinner and bed a genuine feeling of ease filled my body and mind. I am going to have breakfast and begin painting this morning and truly looking forward to my alone time in the studio.

Rest today in the knowledge that God is the total source of serenity. Your world has been filled with challenges of rising food costs, gas expenses, and life in general. This probably tends to bring a feeling of discouragement. Letting go of the struggle to allow the peace of God to fill your life in this very moment. Be at peace my friend.

Arrival...Refrigerator?

Praying for everyone affected by the last two hurricanes.  My adventures today were the result of a dead refrigerator. I have loved my Kitchen Aid refrigerator very much. The first one in the 'French Kitchen' look died at 13 months. Hubby wanted the same refrigerator. Well this one made it four years and a few months. I cannot believe appliances are not made to last longer...but wait, is that because they make more money if we have to replace it in 4-5 years?  You replace your mattress at least every 7 years... and your washer dryer, you might get 7 years out of those...
