Second in my 2006 Series of Indian Spirit Ponies.... wonderful beginnings with Acrylic overlays followed by several layers of oil woven through out. Colors are stunning! Mostly painted with a palette knife, a bit of brush work completes the composition.

COOL air is heading into Texas! YEAH!!! Tonight we will have a fire for sure in the fireplace. Terry has finished up the wood floors, we have hung one set of my drapes and hopefully will hang the last two windows today too. Somewhere in there groceries and preparing for trick or treaters...but I am betting there are not many with the Front moving through late this afternoon. It will be a COLD north wind. We bought plenty of candy though so Iwill be freezing the left overs...not a good thing to have when I am trying to count calories!

I have loved my Kitchen Aid refrigerator very much. The first one in the 'French Kitchen' look died at 13 months. Hubby wanted the same refrigerator. Well this one made it four years and a few months. I cannot believe appliances are not made to last longer...but wait, is that because they make more money if we have to replace it in 4-5 years? You replace your mattress at least every 7 years... and your washer dryer, you might get 7 years out of those... The stoves seem to make it closer to 10 years.
