A Painting a Day



Well, I certainly got my exercise yesterday~ we walked the dogs twice, totaling about 4 miles or more. They dogs were smiling!!!!

Today's painting I included a close up of the brush stroke and the colors used. It is a calm painting but rich in detail and thickness of paint.

Today Trina is driving down from Gainesville to paint. She was here on Saturday with the women that came to paint. Trina was working on a gorgeous sunflower and amazed me with her quick adaption to the Holbein Duo Oils. I can't wait to see what she paints today. I will be working on some sunflowers and a horse painting I started this past weekend.
