Only four hours of sleep will lead to a long day at the easel. I have been up for an hour and am getting ready to paint. I will have to stay concentrated and not stray from what I have ahead.I had a challenge from Anne Stark who raises Whippets in Ohio, to paint them. So you will see a new series of Whippets coming from my studio. They are majestic to watch running and are very similar to Greyhounds. Their swiftness is so close to the beauty of the horse running so I am excited about taking this on.

We have a DASH diet for our lives too. But it is called ACTS instead of DASH. Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving and Supplication. This is all part of prayer and ties directly into our guide, the Bible. The Bible contains wonderful suggestions, stories and lessons for your life. ACT upon it and practice daily the ACTS of Prayer.
