A Painting A Day

Good morning. I am recovering from overeating last night at the duo birthday celebration for myself and my dad! We are both old now. Italian Food from ABOCA's in Dallas off 75N and Beltline (SW corner) was FABULOUS beyond belief as was the Chef's Italian version of Tres Leche cake...wow, with lots of rum in it. Enough of birthday fun...pics may follow if I get the camera downloaded!

This painting is a "MAYBE " finished. It is a soft stroked image of a dove descending with the deep blues, indigos and golds. Detail shows feathering delicately blending together. I have not decided but am thinking of this going to the show on the 18th of Nov at the Underground in Denison Texas. This piece is for sale now, so contact me if you are interested. CLICK HERE.

I have loved my Kitchen Aid refrigerator very much. The first one in the 'French Kitchen' look died at 13 months. Hubby wanted the same refrigerator. Well this one made it four years and a few months. I cannot believe appliances are not made to last longer...but wait, is that because they make more money if we have to replace it in 4-5 years? You replace your mattress at least every 7 years... and your washer dryer, you might get 7 years out of those... The stoves seem to make it closer to 10 years.
