I would lie if I told you all was perfect as it came together. It was not. There was a point that I almost scrapped the canvas...but that is when I felt the calm to push forward and work side by side with the painting. I could not be in control of it. Almost done! When you try to drive in a thick fog, you strain your eyes to see through the misty haze, using more intuitive awareness than actual visual awareness.  Scary isn't it? This little collectors piece edges on my Black and White series in miniature. As the paint fell to the surface I felt the movement of the horse more than I actually saw it. My heart knew what to do before my vision did. Learning to trust your intuitive awareness is often difficult. Be centered in your life. Be guided by peace and

Have not painted since I left working on a 4 x 4 ft buffalo. This is a small collectible, just to get my blood pumping again.  Told you there were happenings here at the house. There are, and I promise to be forthcoming in the next few days.  Life changes are always challenging and this one will be for some time ahead. For me it is time to let go of the old thoughts and 'conditions' I place on myself and let God direct my life.  Putting the daily 'feelings' out there has truly helped. Still Snow on the ground? Is this really March?  The cold freezing temperatures raised the bar in the studio this morning. I brought out the powerful RED.  I am in amazement at the first week of March and the continued cold, sleet and snow.  Flowing from the top left upper corner is the flooding of warm hot sunlight turning red as it surfaces down to the horses and the ground. There is always another one to find. Being in tune with life and the people around you is essential for contentment.  God has to be part of the equation. Be open to his wisdom and guidance and He will bless you with new ideas. We all welcome those 'aha' moments when the dawning comes to us through a new idea. That is pure God working
