I did find the final photo of the bubble Horses!   It originally went to a show at Mirada in Denver but traveled to California and sold from The La Jolla Gallery back four years ago. Layers of color and overlays create the entire painting, keeping part of the realism and loosing it to abstract shapes throughout.  I always find the sooner I drop trying to control a painting's direction, the better it is. This painting started with a conversation on the flat side of the canvas.  I rotated it over and over and saw many things and shared it on my FB page and everyone made comments about what they saw in it!! The Light Within, is one of my painted pony pulls and I rarely do them.  But I did do this one today!   There is a tale of the Painted Ponies from Golden Pond Studio aka Elle Pace Studio. Back in 2006 a nude was turned into a field of ponies coming straight at you. That is when the story began of those painted pony pulls. There is only one available in large size and it is posted on my website but is at Mirada Fine Art. This is a small one. Left over paint which led to adding more paint and presto over the afternoon hours, The Light Within was born. This is the most collected of all my styles.
