Totally surprised.  Christmas is the time for Gathering and that is why I chose this painting to share today, from 2007.     I painted about four in this serious. I am pretty sure if I painted today, I would not have left a large white rear end in the top center of the painting...but it did not last longer than 24 hours on my website.   🤪 My mind has been mulling over using some raw canvas in the closet and cutting off a hunk of it for experimenting.   I want to gesso it at least twice or

I had an allergic reaction to something last Wednesday and have been battling that and Suddenly this morning, I have a blooming head cold!  Stay healthy and eat healthy... Just a quick update from the studio today!  I have put three paintings on special pricing for canvas prints from Fine Art America. They do beautiful work.  I have used them for over 15 years. I hope you are preparing for the holidays, and taking care of yourself. I find myself with a grumbly throat and an occasional cough.  Praying it is only allergies at this point and not getting worse at the moment. "I had this piece finished, I thought...but it was not until this morning. Following His guide on this right now. This one was up to sell but not complete. I spent this morning finishing the painting . PUSH Against the Wind"  PUSH There was a front pushing in this morning ... when we woke at 5:30... the wind was stirring and the clouds covered the moon and stars.  By 7:00 am, the west look out of our home was a muted bright orange glow and out the east side a sun trying to rise above the wind and turmoil.  By 8:00 am the sirens were going off constantly. Tornadoes, high sheer winds and lots of rain became the story. Watching these strong cold fronts barrel in from the north west meeting the warm southern air we have had the past week (
