Trish Yearwood Every time I think of the floods from Houston and Harvey, I remember the stories of not just the people, but those of the animals, horses, dogs, livestock... One call out on FB was from a frantic horse person that discovered a large group of horses stranded by water.  A fence would have to be cut, horses had to be lead out of the area through deep water and then there needed to be horse trailers for them and a rescue place as well.
