I was so busy when I hit the computer. I was behind before I started. Not much sleep last night as we worked in the yard till dark and my allergies were so bad I could not breath to sleep. Still that way this morning too. Have you ever worried about your children or your elderly parents? We continue to seek control of situations that we simply cannot control. Such as it was when Jesus was arrested and the disciples were in a panic despite the confidence of Jesus knowing his path was predetermined by the Father. I realized recently only Jesus can save those I worry about that cannot seem to get their lives together. I cannot save them. I realized only our Father can save and care for my parents through his provisions to them by our help and love as their children. I cannot control anything. I can only walk

Caught in Spring Rains Horse Oil Painting by Laurie Justus Pace 18 x 27 inches SOLD Palm Sunday morning dawns before me as I blog this morning. It was a gorgeous day yesterday and I believe it will be one today as well. Terry and I walked the dogs two miles yesterday enjoying the gorgeous spring afternoon with temps around seventy and total beautiful sun with blue skies. I was worn out from painting for 10 hours by the time Terry got home from the airport at three thirty. We ran dinner up to Mom and Dad and then came back. My feet hurt so bad from painting and standing all morning, but I slipped out of my clogs and into my running shoes. We leashed the dogs and took off on our walk. We zigzagged the neighborhood avoiding the HUGE hills, only taking the mini huge hills. As we walked zigzagging it was obvious a runner was doing the same thing only at a faster pace and the opposite direction. We passed each other four times! There are so many things in life we strive for and many things we cannot seem to get that we want. I am not addressing the physical, but rather the spiritual. If you are down and seeking happiness, the key is to act happy. Put a smile on your face and look in the mirror to see it. Do this over and over and you will find your life begins to pick up hope
