Most of these paintings are sold through Rare Gallery Jackson Hole . Living by faith is sometimes the only way to make it through the next hour.  Living intellectually can often be detrimental when we over think everything.  Living intuitively leads to spontaneity and often a path away from the logical mind, but is it spiritually inspired by God?   When a seed is planted in the ground we have faith it will sprout and grow.   When we are confused in life about decisions or direction, we must have faith that God will provide the needed wisdom to guide us to a path of higher good.  Choose to live your life by Fa

They are vulnerable to so many harmful things around them that having a 'visual' on them is a necessity to ensure their safety. Many moms with young ones are near crazy by the end of the day trying to keep up with the busyness of their children. God keeps the same watchful eye through the Spirit placed within us. As adults our lives are busy. Yet no matter what we are never alone. His spirit abides with us at all times, the watchful parent keeping a visual over us.     Knowing God is a partner in life with us each day, makes that day livable.  We are often pulled into rifts and problems; dealing with them depends on our trust in Him that we stay current in the moment with our ey

Only Eyes for You in Progress, wolf Painting by A Texas Artist Laurie Pace

Only Eyes for You in Progress This is a new wolf painting in progress.  I still am working on the Journey tightening it up but I started this yesterday. ©Laurie Pace    Graphics One Design 1998-2012  Contact me for your own commissioned painting or to purchase this piece: Laurie      Be Still Yesterday in church Pastor Jack had us starting out singing an old favorite... How Great Thou Art.  "O Lord my God, when I in awesome wonder, Consider all the World thy hand hath made." He is all around us. In the quiet of a sunset, or the gentle rain, or in the early morning dew, our God is our constant. Be still where ever you are as you read this and know His hand made and provided all around you. "I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder, Thy Power throughout the universe displayed." Jack spoke about God calling to us and all the many excuses we come up with not to listen or follow His direction. If we are burdened by life and it

Return of the Wolf Pack Abstract Wildlife Oil Painting by Texas Artist Laurie Pace

Return of the Wolf Pack SOLD last week at Rare Gallery Jackson Hole! 24 x 36 inches  Oil on Canvas    ©Laurie Pace    Graphics One Design 1998-2011    Contact me for your own commissioned painting: Laurie      THE PATH Some mornings when you wake up you have no idea where the day will be going.  This morning when I stumbled out of bed, Terry was already up.  He came back into the bedroom and announced we had to clean out the entire china cabinet and move it.  I admit I looked at him and wondered if I was dreaming, but I ask why and was told Paddy had decided it looked like a tree in the middle of the night. We have wood floors and we knew the liquid would be under as well as against the cabinet.  After I showered we got busy... or I should say he did. Bless him as he removed EVERYTHING; His Grandmother's China, all of our crystal, our Christmas Crystal and serving dishes, our special collectible from the last two centuries.  He was even going to wash it all before he p

Progression on Big Wolf 20 x 30 x 2 inches  Oil on Canvas   I was working late again last night on Big Wolf. This wolf painting definitely has a strong sense of wild and with the palette knife work it becomes dimensionally coming off the canvas.   As I finish it up, it will ship to The Rare Gallery in Jackson Hole for their summer season. ©Laurie Pace    Graphics One Design 1998-2011 Contact me for Commission Work. Laurie       Breath of God I am just in from sitting outside on the deck. I was up at six am awakened by the dogs stirring. Terry is still asleep. Ever since he cleaned up my studio on Sunday he has been hit hard with allergies from the dust and whatever else was out there. Sneezing and coughing.  I loaded him up with Benedryl last night as well as natural cough syrups, the same he used with his pneumonia last year.  Larry is down with bronchitis bordering pneumonia as well. His was from Lady L who had the croup. I sat outside on the swing this morning wrapped

I am compiling things for the workshop...bits and pieces of this and that, working in and out and up and down.  I am way excited about next week and preparing for it just builds more anticipation UP.  I have gathered tools, implements, spray bottles, extra canvas, palette knives, extra paints,
