Nothing like hot Texas sun and a baseball game at 8 am this morning... This beautiful painting really did express what it felt like rising at 5:30 am to take care of animals and cook a pot of oatmeal before we left at 7am.  The game was a lot like the painting!!   Adventurous. Exciting! They won the first game and tied on the second game!! This wee 9 x 12 painting is a favorite for me. It literally sings with movement and color.  Commission your piece today.  Could you imagine this really really large on your walls?  WOW... I could!

Arrival...Refrigerator?

Praying for everyone affected by the last two hurricanes.  My adventures today were the result of a dead refrigerator. I have loved my Kitchen Aid refrigerator very much. The first one in the 'French Kitchen' look died at 13 months. Hubby wanted the same refrigerator. Well this one made it four years and a few months. I cannot believe appliances are not made to last longer...but wait, is that because they make more money if we have to replace it in 4-5 years?  You replace your mattress at least every 7 years... and your washer dryer, you might get 7 years out of those... The stoves seem to make it closer to 10 years. We are Lowe's customers, and Robert ...
