The Battle of the Sun in the well loved Painted Ponies by Artist Laurie Pace © Laurie Pace        Graphics One Design 2026 Sunlight Play in the Meadow Oil on Canvas  SOLD   by Laurie Pace   We turn the pages back focusing on an unusual painted pony from my collection. It was completed in 2022 and sold from Mirada Fine Art in Denver. I am not a 'yellow' person at all. I use it for accent but rarely in this amount on any painting. Yellow, white and a light rich brown blend in the sky to the fields with green and brown and orange grass.  You can visually see the blue bridge start on the left side of the canvas  and pull across in strokes like a bridge or a mountain with pulls of blue through all the legs reaching the greens.   I am preparing in my heart and head for a possible show in North Carolina.
