This beautiful Sailboat painting of the boat cutting through the lake at Sunset. It was about 34 years ago at this time my husband proposed to me. We have known each other for 62 years. We had two sailboats most of our Married life, English Racing Catamarans, Panther Craft Darts. I miss our time living at the lake and racing through the water. 

Matthew 8:23-27 "Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him. Suddenly a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping. The disciples woke him, saying, ‘Lord, save us! We’re going to drown!’ He replied, ‘You of little faith, why are you so afraid?’ Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.” 

Our lives are filled with stormy times and challenging days and nights. Walk with the Lord and repent of your bad ways. It begins your path to salvation and grace.

Arrival...Refrigerator?

Praying for everyone affected by the last two hurricanes.  My adventures today were the result of a dead refrigerator. I have loved my Kitchen Aid refrigerator very much. The first one in the 'French Kitchen' look died at 13 months. Hubby wanted the same refrigerator. Well this one made it four years and a few months. I cannot believe appliances are not made to last longer...but wait, is that because they make more money if we have to replace it in 4-5 years?  You replace your mattress at least every 7 years... and your washer dryer, you might get 7 years out of those... The stoves seem to make it closer to 10 years. We are Lowe's customers, and Robert ...
