It is time.  Since Thanksgiving, I adjusted my Whole Foods Plant Based diet a little tighter eliminating nuts, olives and avocados.  I am hoping to see a change in my cholesterol, but it has only been 75-80 days, but close to three months.  I have lost 12 more pounds, which was not in the plan necessarily, but I am now at the same weight I was 30 years ago.  Heading to Dr. Lee's office for a b
