Cubby Holes of Love . Longhorn Silver Haze  A friend called wanting something special in his cubby for art... a special built in part of his wall for art, already with a light but needing a painting. He sent me pictures of his rugs, walls, pillows and I set to work. New Art Show opening at Dutch Art in Dallas . Wolf Painting  Later this month I am excited about returning to the Lake Highlands area of Dallas for an art show with three other women.  It is the Colors of Lake Highlands.  While I wish there had been more lead in time to create new paintings, I do have six or seven debuting in the show. The Wolves will be there along with flowers and horses and even a bowl of fruit.  I will be there too. More details will be later in the month on time of the reception and opening. So me hills offer something pretty neat on the other side. What hill are you climbing right now? I really sat and thought about this blog before I began it. In the past week: I lost a favorite Aunt, my dad's sister.   I heard from some dear friends the dad has colon cancer. One of my older art friends has a wife on the verge of sliding further up the other side of her hill into God's arms, also with cancer.  Lady M, our newest granddaughter will be Baptised in a few weeks to celeb

Darn, how did we let that candy get away? What a waste. Remembering racing around trying to fill your basket with more eggs than anyone else? What is in your basket this year?  Chocolate eggs?
