Terry and I were watching the news and they had a New Years suggestion to live one day a week like your grandparents did.  No television, no eating out, no computers, mobile phones, and less car. Make sure eating at home is all home cooked and no prepared foods.  Make sure you walk often and go purposely on walks. There is always another one to find. Being in tune with life and the people around you is essential for contentment.  God has to be part of the equation. Be open to his wisdom and guidance and He will bless you with new ideas. We all welcome those 'aha' moments when the dawning comes to us through a new idea. That is pure God working

Horse 99 is literally four shades of blue and white and came out very pretty and delicate. As you greet this new year I want to pick back up on my idea to replace those resolutions that never seem to work.  Take the pressure off.  Take out some index cards and a pen or pencil and write a 'desire of your heart' down on each of them.
