He is represented by the dark blues reflecting the darkness of the sky, wind and rain surrounding him. Rest assured, one of my own older paintings from about five years ago.  It always call back to me to revisit the composition, but the original was very organic from left over paints on my palette.  Here I will be using the space but filling it purposefully with the patterns I seek as I work. I chose to go with golden yellow and a tiny bit of orange in contrast to those gorgeous shade of blue, spacing this brighter color to go from the top right of the canvas and take the eye all the way through diagonally to the bottom left of the canvas.  I am beginning this first part of the painting using several wide
