There Comes a Time
"There comes a time in your life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad, and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right, pray for the ones who don't. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is a part of life, getting back up is living."
I tried researching who said this and if you know let me know so I can credit them. One of my high school friends posted this on Facebook and I loved it.
Are you ready to do this? Hard to do it with your immediate family...even adult children, but I believe we have to do it to survive and live the way God intends for us to live. After spending two days with Lady L and watching her move and react to the world around her, I knew that was something I wanted back in my life. Simplicity, joy, love, focusing on the good and the pleasure of smiling and sharing. Really appreciating the moments of hugging and smiling and laughing and trying to do more of it.
I pray for you my friends the simply happiness of a child...trusting in the Father to provide. Stay responsible, but look for the good, reaching out and serving others. Pray for those that seem to attack you or bring negativity to you. Stand clear of the drama queens and the users that suck you dry by their complaints and troubles. Find happiness in this moment in this day, because tomorrow is no guarantee. If you are down or know someone down, be the one to reach out and help them up. If it is you that is down... reach out to God. His arms are there open and waiting.
May abundance be yours...
